Welcome to PP.TF! Thanks for supporting The Art and War Podcast’s new propaganda wing. We’re all about making cool, accessible gear for everyone, and since our items are made-to-order, this policy explains the process—from pre-order windows to delivery. Details are below!
What Are Pre-Orders at PP.TF?
Unlike “drop” brands that sell out in minutes, we’re doing things differently. At PP.TF, we want everyone who wants something—in any size or quantity—to have a shot at it. Every product has a clear pre-order window listed on its page (e.g., “Pre-order open July 4, 202X until July 18, 202X”). Once that window closes, we make everything in the USA, ship it in bulk to our fulfillment team, and then get it out to you. No FOMO, just a little patience and good vibes.
Shipping Timelines
Production & Shipping: Once the pre-order window ends, production fires up. After we receive the finished goods from our partners, we ship orders out ASAP on a first-in, first-out basis. We’re all about speed once it’s in our hands!
Estimated Shipping Dates: Check the product page for an estimated shipping date (e.g., “Expected to begin shipping July, 4 202X”). These are based on production timelines, but delays—like supply chain chaos—can happen. If there’s a snag, we’ll email you with updates and options.
Shipping Method: We ship domestically via USPS, UPS and FedEx as soon as possible after getting the goods. Delivery time varies by location, but we’re on it!
Where We Ship
U.S. Only (For Now): We’re sticking to the United States at launch. We’d love to ship worldwide, and we will once we’re rolling full steam—but for now, we’re scaling up locally. International crew: we can’t wait to reach you soon!
Shipping Costs: Rates show up at checkout based on weight and destination. We will be constantly seeking to refine this to give our customers the best rates we possibly can.
Payment & Combined Orders
Payment Timing: We charge your card upfront to secure your pre-order and kickstart production.
Combined Orders: Mix pre-order and in-stock items? They’ll ship together once the pre-order gear is ready. Need in-stock stuff faster? Order separately.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll get a tracking number via email once your order ships. Follow it on the carrier’s site.

No P.O. boxes or super remote spots—please use a physical address. We love our Ted shed living homies but you've got to be reachable by
Cancellations & Refunds
Before Production: Cancel for a full refund anytime before the pre-order window closes (pre-production). Email us at PPTF.support@protonmail.com with your order number.
After Production Begins: Once that window shuts and production starts, orders are locked—no cancellations. Our partners are already making your stuff!
No Returns Post Pre-Order Window: These are custom-made with ample cancellation time upfront, so returns aren’t an option. Every piece is QC-inspected before shipping to ensure it’s in prime condition before leaving our hands.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages: Once items are shipped, if tracking freezes for 10 business days after shipping, hit us up at PPTF.support@protonmail.com. We’ll investigate and refund if needed.
Damaged Items: Arrive damaged? Email us within 7 days with photos, and if we determine it appropriate based on the circumstances, we’ll fix it with a replacement or refund.
